Southern Italy may not be as well known as other Italian regions for their semi hard, hard cheeses and salumi but we will show you in this tasting session why it should be. With D.O.P cheeses such as Provolone del Monaco and delicious Prosciutto Irpino that melts in your mouth, it rivals the more well known varieties of other regions and when paired with local red wines such as Aglianico and Taurasi and local white wines such as Fiano di Avelino and Greco di Tufo, you’ll be wondering how you didn’t find out about these tastes of the South earlier.
Tastings are held every day (except Wednesday) from 2.30pm - 4.00pm.
Tastings are limited to a minimum of 2 and maximum of 10 people. Bookings are essential and if you are booking online, they need to be made no later than 24 hours before the day of the tasting. Tasting sessions are held in English and Italian.
€55 per person for a group tasting session.
