Capri is a natural paradise and its rich soil and moderate climate makes it perfect to cultivate a range of delicious local fruit, vegetables and herbs which characteristically feature in its traditional cuisine. Strolling only minutes from the Piazza or in the back streets of Anacapri, Tiberio, Marina Grande and Marina Piccola you will pass by Caprese homes with lush gardens full of pure and natural produce so full of flavour, love and pride.
Learn how to make traditional dishes with seasonal fruit and vegetables from local Caprese gardens by a Caprese chef using recipes passed down through the family for generations. This class is for lovers of fresh garden produce and authentic Italian cooking who enjoy meeting others and who have a passion for all things Caprese!
Classes are held every day (except Wednesday) starting at 10.00am or 4.30pm followed by lunch/dinner.
Classes are limited to a minimum of 2 and maximum of 10 people. Bookings are essential and if you are booking online, they need to be made no later than 24 hours before the day of the class. Private classes are available. Classes in English and Italian.
€150 per person for a group class. Private classes are €175 per person.
