A Caprese family "festa" is very traditional; each family having their own delicious specialties passed down through the generations that are served up at every festa. Celebrated either in the casa or a beachside picnic, these dishes are simple, delicious, festive.
Using the recipes passed down through Gianluca’s family, you will start by learning to make the refreshing and Summery, Caprese Caponata, moving on to the family favourite, Spaghetti Pizza, and finishing with the Caprese spin on the classic Italian Tiramisu; Limoncello Tiramisu.
Classes are held every day (except Wednesday) starting at 10.00am or 4.30pm followed by lunch/dinner.
Classes are limited to a minimum of 2 and maximum of 10 people. Bookings are essential and if you are booking online, they need to be made no later than 24 hours before the day of the class. Private classes are available. Classes in English and Italian.
€150 per person for a group class. Private classes are €175 per person.
