Taste the finest selection of local cheeses provided by our trusted premium cheese purveyor. The tasting includes the freshest mozzarella, creamy burrata, caciotta and ricotta di bufala along with delicious semi hard cheeses such as provolone, scarmoza and caciocavallo, all produced in the heart of Campania.
There’s nowhere more fitting to spend an early aperitivo hour on the island tasting these delicious local specialities perfectly matched with our Michel’angelo local white, rosé and red wines while polishing your Italian cheese knowledge.
By the end of the tasting experience, guests will be able to impress their friends with their knowledge of the difference between each local cheese and wine varieties and how to pair each cheese with condiments, such as honey, fruits and jams, and local wines. The experience also includes a professional extra virgin olive oil tasting where guests will gain an insight into tasting techniques, olive oil properties, olive harvesting and production of extra virgin olive oil.
Tasting experiences are held on Saturdays only at 10am, 2pm or 6pm and all tasting experiences are group sessions.
Approximate duration 2 hours.
Tastings are limited to a minimum of 2 and maximum of 22 people. Bookings are essential and online bookings must be made no later than 24 hours before the day of the tasting experience.
Tastings are €125 per person.
